EMCOR Group, Inc. (EMCOR) is an electrical and mechanical construction and facilities services firm in the United States, the United Kingdom and globally. It provides services to a range of commercial, industrial, utility and institutional customers through approximately 70 operating subsidiaries and joint venture entities. It specializes in providing construction services relating to electrical and mechanical systems in facilities of all types and in providing comprehensive services for the operation, maintenance and management of facilities services. During the year ended December 31, 2012, approximately 92% of revenues were generated in the United States and approximately 8% were generated in the United Kingdom. During 2012, approximately 39% of revenues were derived from new construction projects, 17% were derived from renovation and retrofit of customer's existing facilities, and 44% were derived from facilities services operations. In July 2013, it acquired RepconStrickland, Inc.
