IEH Corporation (IEH) designs, develops and manufactures printed circuit connectors for high performance applications. IEH has also developed a high performance plastic circular connector line. All of the Company's products utilize the HYPERTAC contact design, which is identified by the generic HYPERBOLOID in its catalogs. The Company's customers consist of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's), companies manufacturing medical equipment, and distributors who resell its products to OEMs. The Company sells its products directly and through 16 independent sales representatives located in all regions of the United States, Canada, Israel, India, various Pacific Rim countries, South Korea and the European Union (EU). The customers the Company service are in the government, military, aerospace, medical, automotive, industrial, test equipment and commercial electronics markets.
