About Mendocino Brewing Company
Mendocino Brewing Company, Inc. (MBC) operates through its subsidiaries, Releta Brewing Company, (Releta), and United Breweries International, Limited (UK), (UBIUK). In the United States, MBC and its subsidiary, Releta, operate two breweries that produce beer and malt beverages for the specialty craft segment of the beer market. The breweries are located in Ukiah, California and Saratoga Springs, New York. The Company also owns and operates a brewpub and gift store located in Hopland, California. The majority of United States sales for Mendocino Brewing Company are in California. It brews several brands, of which Red Tail Ale is the flagship brand. In addition, the Company performs contract brewing for several other brands, and MBC holds the license to distribute Kingfisher Lager in the United States. Its United Kingdom subsidiary, UBIUK, is a holding company for UBSN Limited. UBSN is a distributor of alcoholic beverages, mainly Kingfisher Lager, in the United Kingdom and Europe.
