About Skinvisible Inc
Skinvisible, Inc. develops polymer delivery vehicles and related compositions that hold active ingredients on the skin for extended periods of time when applied topically. The Company designed a process for combining water soluble and insoluble polymers that is specifically formulated to carry water insoluble and certain cationic active ingredients in water-based products without the use of alcohol, silicones, waxes, or other organic solvents. This enables active agents the ability to perform their intended functions for an extended period of time. The Company's polymer delivery vehicles, trademarked Invisicare, allow normal skin respiration and perspiration. The polymer compositions the Company develops wear off as part of the natural exfoliation process of the skin's outer layer cells.
