Community Bancorp. is a bank holding company for Community National Bank (the Bank). The Bank is the only subsidiary of the Company and principally all of the Company's business operations. The Bank provides a range of retail banking services to the residents, businesses, and municipalities in northeastern and central Vermont. These services include checking, savings and time deposit accounts, mortgage, consumer, municipal and commercial loans, safe deposit and night deposit services, automated clearing house (ACH), wire transfer services, automatic teller machine (ATM) facilities, credit card services, around-the-clock telephone banking, remote deposit and Internet banking. In addition, the Bank maintains cash machines at 10 third party business locations in the counties of Orleans, Washington, Caledonia and Franklin.
