Comfort Systems USA, Inc. provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, maintenance, repairs and replacement services within the mechanical services industry. The Company has 37 operating units in 72 cities and 87 locations throughout the United States. The Company operates primarily in the commercial, industrial and institutional HVAC markets and performs most of its services within office buildings, retail centers, apartment complexes, manufacturing plants, and healthcare, education and government facilities. In addition to standard HVAC services, the Company provides specialized applications, such as building automation control systems, fire protection, process cooling, electronic monitoring and process piping. The Company provides a range of installation, maintenance, repair and replacement services for HVAC and related systems in commercial, industrial and institutional properties.
