Yew Bio-Pharm Group, Inc., through its subsidiaries, grows and sells yew trees in the Peoples Republic of China. The company is involved in the cultivation and sale of yew seedlings and trees to state-owned enterprises and private businesses for reforestation in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces; and sale of potted yew trees to retail customers. It also produces and sells yew raw materials, including branches and leaves of yew trees for medicinal application in the pharmaceutical industry; and furniture and handicrafts that are made from yew timber. The company sells its products through a network of distributors. Yew Bio-Pharm Group, Inc. was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
